John Donzilla made several different box inlays and the cartridge had versions where the PCB was both contained in either an Intellivision cartridge shell or later a reproduction Vectrex cartridge shell. John's earliest cartridges were shrinkwrapped, a service only seen on Vector Vaders and Patriots.
