Only 1 exists. Sold as a package with the only version of Sundance Matrix and included a carrying bag.
Only Starblast Matrix Controller was made and was auctioned on eBay. It was sold as a set with a copy of Sundance Matrix. The controller was designed to work with the exclusive version of the game to be more like the arcade which inspired the game.
