Came as light-up PCB in a translucent clear reproduction Vectrex cartridge shell only. Only one was made and auctioned.

Unlimited release currently distributed by Binarystar Software. Sold as PCB housed in a reproduction Vectrex cart shell only. 1 Limited Edition version was sold on ebay and featured a light-up PCB with a  clear translucent reproduction Vectrex cartridge shell.
