The standard release is immanent however the five Deluxe Editions are completed and assigned. Each Deluxe Edition includes color matched translucent reproduction cart shell and foil embossed box as well as professionally printed manual and overlay. Standard version will include a full color GCE style cardboard box and black reproduction cart shell.
