Named because it had 2 plugs to connect to port 1 and port 2 for games that required both a spinner and a controller.
Released by Fury Unlimited through eBay auction only. A little over 4 were sold through eBay auction and private sale. This controller combined the spinner controllers used for one port with the button controls on the other port for games such as Tsunami, Omega Chase Deluxe and Chris Tumber's Spinnerama hacks.
