Unlimited release and distributed by Charles Tweedy. It includes all parts to remove the signature hum from the Vectrex's operation. Also included are instructions. Rev 1 consisted of only 2 prototype kits while subsequent revisions kept refining the package. Buzz Off Swarm allows for the hum to be turned on or off.
