Packrat Game's version of Berzerk Debugged. This version was sold with a slightly larger plastic case than previous releases.

Unlimited release currently distributed by Packrat Video Games. Both Mark Shaker and John Donzilla made several different box inlays and however the cartridge only had one version which made use of a reproduction cartridge shell.
